On-Site Service Call (Black & White) (Within Cincinnati Metro Area) $75.00 per ½ hour On-Site Service Call (Color) (Within Cincinnati Metro Area) $95.00 per ½ hour On-Site Service Call (Outside Cincinnati Metro Area) $95 - $150 per ½ hour Emergency On-Site Call (Within Metro Area Only) $125.00 per ½ hour Response time of 4 business hours for emergency service diagnosis. This is a diagnosis only and CPS does not guarantee the printer will be fixed at the time of the call. Drop Off Service $35.00 per ½ hour ½ hour minimum includes diagnosis.
95% of calls are fixed within the first ½ hour.
Parts are not included.
CPS does not work on InkJet printers on-site InkJet printers can be dropped off at our location and will be looked at by a technician for the drop off service fee but there is no guarantee that it can be fixed. Replacement parts on most InkJet machines are not available because the manufacturers look at them as disposable. Preventative Maintenance Cleaning
