Do you know where your remanufactured toner cartridges come from?  Most are imported into the United States from Mexico & China then resold through middlemen.  CPS is proud to guarantee that all CPS Brand cartridges are produced by United States Citizens in our own facilities.

Doing Things the CPS Way

Most toner remanufacturers produce their cartridges on an assembly line with unskilled labor in foreign countries.  Although less costly, this process strips any employee accountability when concerning defective product.  A CPS Brand cartridge is produced from beginning to end by a highly skilled & well-trained CPS Technician with an average of 5+ years of experience. Through our internal tracking system, we are able to enforce employee accountability ensuring unmatched product quality & low prices for the consumer.

We Don’t “Clip” or “Split” Our Toner Cartridges

Does your toner cartridge have multiple clips or a single plastic bar on its front & back sides?  Does it have problems with leaking toner in your printer?  Many remanufacturers clip their toner cartridges so they can install a cosmetic seal.  Clipping a toner cartridge can cause a misalignment in the severed cartridge, damaging its structural integrity which often leads to leaking.  CPS does not clip any of its toner cartridges, nor does it use cartridges that have been clipped by a competitor.

Packaging a Masterpiece

In our CPS Brand Boxes, we use a revolutionary packaging material known as SimPad.  Made of a multi-layered vapor barrier bag, it is compressed & vacuum sealed to make a rigid but flexible shipping material.  Its contents are made from recycled resin, making for an environmentally friendly packaging solution.

Replacing Components is Key

Most toner remanufacturers only replace 2-3 parts when producing cartridges.  We at CPS feel that many more parts MUST be replaced to provide the consumer with a quality product. The CPS difference is where defects are not an option.
